Code of Conduct — THE FINALS

The Embark Creator Program is a welcoming space with no room for intentional bigotry or harassment. Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, ability, sexual orientation, education and background will not be tolerated.

We ask for respect and honesty when interacting with other members and Embark Studios staff. All interactions should be made in good faith and with no assumption of malicious intent.

Your content needs to abide by the relevant guidelines of the respective platforms (e.g. Discord, Reddit, X, etc.)
Your content and posts associated with your public brand should not misrepresent Embark Studios, the Program, other members or other brands. Farming interactions through intentionally presenting any of the above in a negative light is also disallowed (allowing for constructive criticism).
Your creations and posts should not include: explicit sexual content, excessive profanity, content intended to offend or cause controversy, or content encouraging violence or illegal activities.
Your content should not promote cheating, exploiting, or otherwise behaving in an unfair manner within Embark Studios games or any other online game.
Your posts and creations must not infringe on any other individuals’ or companies’ intellectual property. They must be free of plagiarism, with any applicable content appropriately credited and used with the appropriate license and/or explicit permission of its creator.

Members must have appropriate conduct on any platforms and events related to Embark Studios, including: Embark Studios games, social media, Discord servers, official streams and events.
Members must never be found cheating, exploiting, or otherwise using Embark Studios games in a way that infringes on the Fair Play Policy.
We encourage Members to foster positive and respectful communication within their communities, e.g. Discord servers, Twitch chats, YouTube comments, etc. These channels and communities should be moderated and follow the relevant platform guidelines.

Please follow the General Program Guidelines when interacting with any other member, both on the Discord and any other platforms.
Cultivate mutual respect and support - positive interactions with other members, collaborations, and promoting their work are welcome and encouraged.
Personal conflicts and disagreements should not influence the Embark Creator Program or be purposefully escalated to involve others in the Program. In case of conflict related to the Program, please reach out to the Program staff in order to help clarify the situation and resolve the conflict.

Any information disclosed in confidentiality through the Embark Creator Program should not be shared without explicit permission from Embark Studios. This includes any internal communications, shared images, videos and soundtracks.
Assets provided by Embark Studios should be used according to guidelines, without unauthorized modifications that would misrepresent or harm the brand.

Disputes, questions and concerns regarding the Code of Conduct and Guidelines should also be sent to the above address.

Code of Conduct and Guidelines violations may be followed by consequences such as: a warning, a temporary suspension from the Program, or limiting access to the Program.
We reserve the right to end any participant’s access to the Embark Creator Program at any time without warning upon serious violations of the Code of Conduct and our Guidelines.
We will investigate any reported violations to ensure appropriate action is taken. Any disputes should be brought to ecp@embark-studios.com.
Consequences for hacking, cheating, exploiting, or otherwise infringing on our Fair Play Policy extend to the Embark Creator Program.
In the event that a member is removed from any events, streams, platforms related to Embark Studios due to a serious violation of their policies, this consequence extends to the Embark Creator Program.
