Season 7 is almost here and it’s time to start the countdown!
CNS, the rogue hacker collective, just hijacked the spotlight. VAIIYA, the elite cybersecurity giant, isn't letting that slide. The two are about to collide, and you’re caught in the middle.
This is where the reveals begin. Over the next seven days, we’ll be bringing you into the kitchen to see what we’ve been cooking with daily updates right here in this blog! There’s a new Map, new styles (and new ways to earn them!), new Gadgets to shift the fight in your favor, and a few top-secret surprises we’re not ready to name just yet.

DAY 2 | LEAVE YOUR MARK
Season 7 doesn’t just reshape the Arena. It gives you the tools to carve your name into it.
Personal player numbers. Stickers that tag objectives. A loadout that redecorates itself every match.

Every great competitor has a number. The kind that ends up on jerseys, in highlight reels, and in rival chants... Now it’s your turn.
Some want to be #1, others prefer to rock double digits. Starting in Season 7, pick the number that fits your story. You’ll find it on outfits, gear, and in the dreams of the Contestants you defeat.

Signature Stickers are coming in Season 7! First to the Vault or Cashout Station? Your sticker slaps on automatically.
Weapons have stickers. Now objectives do too.

Day 3 | HEAR THE DIVIDE
Season 7’s soundtrack hits harder than ever.
Carl Strandberg and Olof Strömqvist have returned for another round, with the help of Andreas Almström, Ed Hargrave, and Christopher Peduru-Aratchi. Today’s track, The Divide, is signature THE FINALS: French house flavor, game show flair, and even features the sound of a remixed in-game emote that’s woven right into the beat.
Season 7’s music leans hard into the Rift, with tracks that mirror the clash between VAIIYA and CNS.
VAIIYA’s sound is slower, more sinister, but with a lot of human acoustic instrumentation. Whereas, CNS is represented through more synthwavey and chiptuney tracks, even featuring the use of proper Commodore 64 SID chip emulations. Yes, really.
It’s a full-on contrast. Not just music. It’s storytelling.
There’s even a throwback banger with breakbeats and big beat energy, think of that iconic 90s techno, rebooted for chaos.

Day 4 | GADGETS GALORE
In case you missed it: we revealed our brand new Come and Play Trailer last night at the Future Games Show. It features a mix of old and new, and while it is not the Season 7 trailer, you’ll still catch some sneak peeks of what’s to come!

Meet the New Gadgets
No matter which side of The Divide you’ll stand on, these new Gadgets are sure to change the way you play.
H+ Infuser | Light
Friendly fire has never been so friendly! The H+ Infuser lets you heal teammates by shooting them. Precision matters. Gratitude is optional. Just be sure to aim well!
Breach Drill | Medium
Walls won’t save them. Stick the Breach Drill to any surface and it burrows through, blinds whoever’s on the other side, and then detonates. Clear the room in a flash.
Healing Emitter | Heavy
Tough Contestants need sturdy healing. Chuck the Healing Emitter near your squad to restore health over time. Just don’t let it roll off, or be snatched out of your reach.

DAY 5 | TWO SIDES IN THE ARENA
Welcome to NOZOMI/CITADEL, a stunning, fully destructible Arena split by power, purpose, and control.
VAIIYA holds one side with towering precision. CNS claims the other with unruly, iridescent chaos. Between them is a battleground that shifts from tight corridors to wide-open mayhem. From brutal architecture to reactive nature, the Arena feels as divided as the forces fighting inside it.

CNS
Seek the truth beyond the walls.
CNS is a rogue collective fighting to implement their own vision for the gameshow, and threatening to expose MultiCo and every truth the Arena tries to bury. They’ve hijacked broadcasts, corrupted systems, and left their mark on everything they touch.
CNS weren’t invited. They broke in.
This season, they’re rewriting the show from the inside, and they want you to join the fight.

Day 6 | DRESS FOR BATTLE
INTRODUCING MYTHIC TIER
Think of the best skins in THE FINALS, then crank it up.
Mythic is a new tier of cosmetics, reserved for the most outrageous, high-effort, standout items in the game. Things that require custom meshes, special VFX, audio, signature one-of-a-kind features, and more. They take a lot of extra time to create, but they’re made to be unforgettable.
We agree that some of the most awesome items in the game might already hit that quality, so you’ll be seeing a few getting rightfully updated to Mythic in Season 7. Items like the Loop-De-Doom Set that winds a roller coaster around the Lewis Gun that gets more passengers as you get eliminations, will be upgraded so its tier matches its impressiveness.
And you can expect lots of new Mythic items and rewards on the way: such as a Mythic weapon skin that lets you manipulate music tracks that play from the gun itself, or, how about a Mythic outfit that transforms your whole body into VAIIYA’s cybernetic anatomy?
An outfit, which, if you complete the Season 7 Battle Pass, you’ll get as a free reward.
SEASON 7 BATTLE PASS
This Season’s Battle Pass theme draws its style from the collision of VAIIYA’s brutalist precision and CNS’s glitch-glow rebellion. This season’s rewards channel the Rift at the heart of the NOZOMI/CITADEL map. From cybernetic to cyberpunk, every piece you wear tells the Arena where you stand.
96 rewards (106 with the bonus page!) and 1575 Multibucks await you in the Season 7 Premium Battle Pass, more than enough to grab the next pass, plus a few extra shiny trinkets for your collection.
Upgrade to Premium+ to get an additional 20 levels unlocked right off the bat!
Want to keep things free? You’ll still be able to claim 26 cool rewards, including The Devourer (a Mythic character), and 375 Multibucks in exchange for your XP!
ULTIMATE BATTLE PASS
Looking to go all in? The Ultimate Battle Pass includes 10 extra elite rewards, 1,000 Multibucks to spend instantly, and a 20-level head start no matter where you're at. Got fewer than 20 levels left? Your unused boost carries over to Season 8… but don’t wait that long because you’ll also get a 25% Match XP bonus to help you unlock the rest of the Battle Pass in no time.

TO THE BATTLE PAST
Starting in Season 7, Contestants can unlock Legacy Battle Passes to chase some of the most iconic rewards from past seasons. Boxer outfits. TV heads. Towering samurai fits. If you missed them the first time, now’s your shot.
Legacy Passes don’t include Multibucks or Bonus Pages, but if you previously owned a Premium Battle Pass, you’ll already own the Legacy Pass, too! So if you missed an unlock, now it's your time to nab it! Seasons 1-4 go live with Season 7, with a new Legacy BP unlocking each Season.
Crimson Pointe
Season 1 never had a bonus page, so we’re adding something extra to the S1 Legacy Battle Pass: a brand-new outfit to unlock!
Now, even Contestants who have completed every single Battle Pass have something extra to grab!
Season 1 was out of this world!
Note: Back in Season 4, we made the Captain Saucerian Set, a bundle of items from the Season 1 Battle Pass, available for purchase for a limited time during the Halloween Event. You’ve seen the door in the Practice Range. Now it’s open.
Step into a new set of combat trials built to sharpen your aim, test your loadouts, and push your skills against reactive dummies that hit back.
Go in for a solo challenge or take your Team with you. Hone your skills and set the difficulty you prefer. Just don’t set it too high, or you might find out the real dummy all along was you.

CONSOLE CHAT
In-game chat is now available for console players. Warm up those typing thumbs, get ready to chat complex game strategies and send encouraging messages to your party - console communication just got a whole lot easier!
WELCOME NEWCOMERS
The Arena can be an intense place for newcomers, so with Season 7 of THE FINALS we are doing multiple changes to make the onboarding just that much nicer.
RECRUIT & RISE
We’re making onboarding more rewarding (and cooperative) with the Recruit and Rise program!
Veteran players (Recruiters) will be able to invite newcomers (Prospects) to team up and play together. There are rewards on the line for both Recruiters and Prospects, and for every Prospect you help graduate into a Recruiter themselves, your recruiter badge upgrades!
EASIER UNLOCKS
Since the launch of THE FINALS we’ve added a bunch of Gadgets, Weapons, Sights and Specializations, so for new players, catching up and unlocking all the cool loadout options can take quite a while. With season 7 of THE FINALS we’re decreasing the VR cost of all items released during Season 1 through 6 to 500 VRs. We are also increasing the VR’s earned during the first three rounds played from 2400 to 5000!
It’s the perfect time to get your friends back into the game - and don’t forget to add them as your Prospect!
FROM GRIND TO UNWIND
Leveling up your badges in Quick Play and World Tour has been described as a bit brutal in Season 6, so we aim to lighten the load in Season 7 by speeding up progression in these more casual modes!
To do this, we are slightly increasing the Quick Play points earned for each Game Mode to boost your progress along as you reach for that gold Quick Play Badge!
In World Tour, we’re also changing the game by awarding 2 Win Points for first round eliminations. This means that the journey to Emerald will be shortened by about 25% for the average player.
